It's never been easier to get started with multiplex immunofluorescence.
Ultivue offers a variety of demo options to enable you to get access to whole-slide, same-day multiplex immunofluorescence staining. Now, you're able to assess InSituPlex® technology using any of Ultivue's established 4-plex or 8-plex assay panels on your own tissue samples. (Note: Samples must be human FFPE tissues.)
Ultivue offers a variety of flexible demo options that can accommodate your schedule and accessibility to your lab. Please see below for a brief description of the more popular options we currently offer.
To advance your project, simply submit your request using the nearby form and an Ultivue representative will be in touch shortly.
Send your samples to Ultivue - we'll stain and image your tissue in our lab, and send you the resulting images. This option is ideal for researchers who do not currently have access to a lab, or who plan to utilize a contract research organization for staining and imaging.
Each lab can choose to have up to ten slides (one kit) stained with a multiplex panel of their choice and scanned at Ultivue Services Lab, for the price of the UltiMapper® I/O kit. All slides will be returned along with the scanned image files within ten working days of receipt of tissue samples for your review and consultation with our Field Applications team.
One of our Field Applications scientists will communicate with you, remotely, to assist with kit setup and staining in your own lab. This option is best for researchers who have recently purchased an UltiMapper I/O kit, but are not currently allowing visitors into their lab because of the current pandemic.
This demo includes a complete presentation on InSituPlex technology, as well as assay set up (including programming on the Leica BOND RX). If further technical support is needed, a Field Application scientist will be available throughout assay set up/slide staining/image acquisition.
Our Field Applications scientists will travel to your laboratory to demonstrate the utility of an UltiMapper I/O kit. This option is best for researchers who have recently purchased or are interested in purchasing an UltiMapper I/O kit, and are currently allowing visitors into their lab.
This demo includes assay protocol set up, demonstration of kit staining, and set up of fluorescent scanner. A technical presentation, as well as hands-on technical support (including assistance with analysis), are offered upon request.
